Non – Immigration Visas
This is a temporary visa for a business purpose, employment purporse (depending on visa restrictions), or tourist travel. Nearly 200,000 non-immigrant visas are processed annually. Applying for a visa to come to the United States is not necessarily difficult. Anyone traveling to the United States must have a temporary visa, or a person must participate in the Visa Waivers Program from their country. Applying for a non-immigrant visa traditionally requires payment of application fee, filing a completed application, and scheduling an interview.

United States Immigration & Naturalization
The United States offers some of the easiest, and fastest path to Citizenship. A United States Citizen is any one that is born in the United States. A person can also obtain citizenship through the naturalization process.
The United States Naturalization Process
First you must be a legal permanent resident who is atleast 18 years of age. The individual must have resided in the country as a legal permanent resident for five consecutive years, or three years depending if the person married a U.S. citizen. Naturalization requires that you are able to read and write English, unless you qualify for a waiver. Finally, the Applicant must demonstrate that they have good moral character.
Deportation Defense & Asylum

Issues involving deportation defense and immigration law can seem overwhelming. Complexities often require strategic steps in finding the best possible defense against removal.
